Meditation is one of the best sources to train your mind. Nothing trains your mind better than Meditation. When you start practicing meditation than try to let your thought process goes wild. Do not try and push your mind to hold your thoughts away, always keep your thoughts open, never ever tried to grab your thoughts.
Do not try to hold your thoughts, when you keep your thoughts open than with the time you grow more and more in meditation, your thoughts will start automatically hold on. It will not happen in few days but it will happen as you spend more and more time for meditation on daily basis. On starting your thoughts will be wild, than after some time it will start spinning down and one day all thoughts will be on halt. This situation of meditation is called as no mind meditation.
When you grab hold of thoughts than you are in a fix position than you have a fixed point of reference. There can be no definition, no perspective, you cannot say at that point of time that you are here, you cannot say that you are not here, it is beyond all your understanding. It is a state of consciousness that means it is a no mind meditation. This state is pure and silent, when you enter back into your mind than some of purity and silence and it come back with it and it flows through the whole body and mind.
With the time when you excel in no mind meditation than you will be more stable in your life, you will love it and you will devote yourself more and more to do meditation to reach this state of mind.
