Some days we feel very low in energy, we feel very sad in those days and we do not want to talk to anyone at that time. So moods are also a part of our life and we have to accept them and the best thing is that we should be aware of our moods, recognize it and stay in that status of mind for one hour, a day or max for two days but do not take them on your mind and stay in those feelings for ever. Because if you will stay in mood like that for ever than you will be losing everything in life including health and mind setup.
We all know that we are humans and this is human tendency to be in mood like this. We are not God or spiritually awaken personality that let us not to take any thing in life so deeply. So to overcome these kinds of feelings in our life, we go to find out new friends in our life, we go to temples, we go for traveling and we do lot more activities to come out from sorrow to look for happiness. We search for happiness outside of our life but we forget one thing that every feeling we are feeling lies within us and it is our state of mind not some one else. So if we have to be happy in our life than find happiness inside you nowhere else.
Try to make your mind understand that never take tension in your life. Ups and downs are a part of every one life so it is within us as how to take things in the life. If you take things seriously than you will be in sorrow for sure and if you take things lightly in life and keep on moving to achieve your dreams.
