We all are full of emotions and there is not even a single person on this world that do not have emotions in their life. Life without emotions is like living life without any purpose. Life is so beautiful and emotions are one of the best things in each one of us that let us to understand things in better way and it teaches us how to revert back. Emotions are feeling that we have for someone or something. Living life without emotions is worse. How much emotionally strong you are matters a lot.
If I love someone in my life than these are my feelings and emotions about that person and If I hate someone that are also my emotions and feeling about somebody. So emotions are present in every action we do in our life. We feel something every second and those feelings are our emotions. If we are happy than those are also our emotions and if we are sad that is too. So we should have control on it because if you are more controlled on it that means you are going to deal with everything perfectly and if you are not able to control your emotions than you are not going to be happy in the world.
You should practice meditation and yoga like techniques to make yourself strong from inside. If you are strong from inside than you can handle your emotions well because it is the state of mind that needs to be taken care have with due care. If you can control your mind than you can control your emotions too. When you are strong enough on it than no one is going to hurt you in your life. You must be emotionally strong to live a wonderful life.
