Anger Management Tips And Tricks

“Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.”

Anger is your biggest enemy and capable to destroy you and your life completely. Some people know the tricks to control it, but it’s not that easy for all. The problem is when we are angry, our mind refuses to act and within seconds we lose control.

I understand, without any reason no-one become angry, there are deep reasons for our reaction, but the problem is sometime we just react very badly, without any reason we become angry. There was a time when I also had this kind of problem, my ego just refuses others opinion and I lose control and react very badly. I realize my fault when I almost lose every good people and thing in my life. After that, first I calm myself and find out why at that time I react badly and most of the time there is no need to react in such way.

I want to share some important anger management tips and tricks I use to control myself and believe me these works magically:

1. Exercise:

First I start exercise two times in a day and the main reason behind this; I want to release my extra energy in a good way. This step helps me in both way, first I become healthy and second I become more relax and calm from inside.

2. Write Something About Yourself Everyday:

Some people can’t explain others what they feel; even they just can’t express their anger and in that case, they hurt their self.

If you are going through the same, then this is the time to follow 2nd step. Everyday write what you feel about yourself and others in brief and believe me this feels so good at the end, because all your emotions comes out.

3. Ignore:

Sometime you just need to ignore the situation and walk away and this is one of the magical ways to control the situation. Clam yourself and then talk.

4. Communicate:

A good communication helps you to express everything in a good way. First relax and then talk and express your feelings and listen others very carefully, don’t just talk rubbish.

5. Accept The Situation:

Accepting the situation is one of the hardest things to do, because that clearly means you are accepting that all the faults of your. Believe me this is important for you to understand, where were you wrong, after that you be able to understand others completely.
